Returns & Exchanges

At SaintSivle, all pieces are produced in limited quantities. Because of this, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns if:

• The item arrives damaged, or

• You received the wrong size.

We do not accept returns or refunds for any other reason.

Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused

• All original tags must still be attached

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

• Photos of the item (if damaged)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

Exchanges

If your return is approved due to incorrect sizing, we will offer an exchange for the correct size depending on availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.  

 

All sales are final unless the item is damaged or the wrong size was received.
